Captions, the assistant and publishing are included in every plan.

A credit is the unit for AI image work. Each generated image spends a whole number of credits set by its render quality, shown before the run. Nothing else spends one.

Success has 1,400 credits a month to Growth's 400, renders up to max quality on larger 2048px master images, and writes captions with a stronger writing model. Both connect one account per platform and publish the same way.
Yes, from the billing page. Your credit balance stays with you when you switch.
Credits from the monthly allotment do not; they reset each month. Credits from a pack never expire and are spent after the allotment.
Generating, editing and converting pause until the next reset. A subscriber can buy a credit pack instead of waiting. Publishing never needs credits, so a finished post still goes out.
